Web bottlenecked...
...or so it seems since Black Friday. Some sites are moving in slow motion while others are greased lightning.
Is it simply that commercial sites are not able to handle the flow of credit card and other "secure" transactions? Do secure transactions slow down servers?
Inquiring minds want to know!
