I am as a matter of fact as well as the abuse of offshoring so much of our work which, by the way is not considered in the formula for calculating GDP.

Your reply was well thought out and I agree with your conclusions. Anytime policy is altered or dynamics change it must be done slowly and with much thought. Knee-jerk reactionism generally brings bad results.
