Hogswatch: The Movie
I hadn't heard it was coming, then one night the word "Hogswatch" leapt out at me from the on-screen program guide. I thought it was pretty good, not a blockbuster. Extensive use of CGI, solid but not spectacular. And as is to be expected, in the case of both the visuals and the actors, nothing/nobody looked as my mind's eye had imagined. Except for Susan Sto-Helit, interestingly enough, and her characterization was entertaining enough to be worth the price of admission by itself. All in all, a pretty good run at realizing a thoroughly fantastickal world.
