Hogswatch? Hogswarts?

Which came first? Could Harry Potter's author have ripped off the Pratchett name of Hogswatch from Discworld? Or maybe just ran across it, stuck in her mind and came out revised for Harry Potter? I can see that happening since minds sometimes synthesize intake and them outgo = the sum of all input plus imagination. That's the way MY mind works, anyway.
