It is the place mentioned (not by name) in The Astronaut Farmer. The movie with Billy Bob Thornton in it where they fail to burn down a wooden barn while launching big rockets out of it.
The LA Times did an article about it just after the movie released. Some nice pictures of tanks and a few rocket engines and motor nozzles. NASA is buying them up? Figures, they are also begging retirees to come back and help them figure out how to make the Constellation work.
