I don't think anybody but a few leftists seriously thought Jackson would make a good president, but I could give you that one.

I had high hopes for J. C. Watts, and was sorry to see him retire.

You're definitely right about women and Ferraro.

Incidentally, Jackson, Sharpton, and the rest of the "official" black political movers and shakers are none too happy about Obama.
