I had never heard of the SPP before (Security and Prosperity Partnership of North America), but I did hear rumors about the President of Mexico (Vincente Fox) and our Most Holy Presidente GWBush and your Prime Minister meeting in secret and signing some deal that was going to blast a major freeway with huge trucks right down the middle of the US.

I haven't really researched the Amero dollar, but I'm sure it's not too hard to see it's "what's next". Bush and his minions want to get this all through before he leaves office, which could really throw a wrench into his plans. (Or OURS, depending on how desperate he is).
I'm sure the CIA could off Obama if they had to. Or start a war with Iran.
