Home taxes in municipalities skyrocketed this past year where mom in law lives, Major cutbacks in services too to community and she foresees selling off family home that has been in family for over 100 years because of finances. Wife wants sons and daughters to buy house to rent out but hey, landlord a house from over 400 miles away.
