Will they have some kind of base to live in at this point?
Even a large inflatable structure would give them some living room.
Altair looks to cramped for 4 astronauts to stay in for a couple of weeks, or longer. They need a permanent base to live in.
I propose that robots, controlled from Earth, should build a base before we send people back.
