I can suspect there is an gold deposit given the information (of variable reliability) I have, but it is not a discovery until the assays come back from the lab. We can suspect there are interstellar signals but discovery needs to be clearly documented and verified.

I'll be as excited as anyone if there are facts to back this story up, and so far, we have exactly none. Patience is part of both science and discovery.
