Sounds like a fun read.
One of the attractions to me is this guy's religious background. He came at his studies years ago as a profound, literal believer who wondered at the exact derivation of that in which he believed.
I never did figure out exactly what he considers himself now, though I'm sure that's in there someplace in the beginning.
