It's completely obvious and logical that Bigfoot has found the encroachment of "homo sapiens" on Earth to be intolerable. In the tradition of his noble ancestors, Bigfoot has done the only thing he could, to wit: move his family to a place where the only sign of others are a couple of golf carts and some other assorted wreckage. Bigfoot has had to roam the continents, and now the solar system.
Peace, quite, solitude. That's all he wants.
