That was partially my take, too. Also, some of it simply does not sound like him: "our forfathers like Dr. King." I don't believe he'd use the word forefathers (which was misspelled).

"I have never drank alcohol because it would diminish my intellectual capacity." I think Bill Clinton does drink alcohol. I don't remember the White House having been a "Dry State" while he was in office. It is now (a "Dry State") under Bush. Maybe Bush SHOULD take up drinking. It might improve him.
