Would you like to read the anecdotal horror stories of US health care?
And how about the horror stories of the lack of health care available to American citizens?
Have you ever met a Brit and asked how they liked their health care? How about after they've been over here a while and met people who couldn't get medical care? My English lady-friend was really taken aback by a woman she met at a hostel not being able to go to the doctor - it didn't compute.
It's probably both reasonable and important to gauge a society by how it treats its' lower classes, medical care, for instance. Not by how many millions bonus financial manipulators get. The US is way, way down that list, by the way.
