It wasn't an "accidental" game.
Seemed to be two teams playing well, offence v. defense, and vice versa. Wasn't decided by "accident", points were earned and the best team this afternoon won.
The Patriots don't have and don't need any excuses. They played well. The Giants just played a bit better. There were no players who lost a fumble and the game, or kickers who missed a kick and the game. Just hard playing.
I truly thought that was what football was about. Sorry it seemed so lame to you.
