"Feist pointed out that a few other analysts aligned with campaigns of BOTH parties had been told the same, and added that aligned analysts would only be appearing in contexts where they were acting as campaign surrogates. Carville DID APPEAR on Larry King on Jan. 9 AS A SURROGATE."
"Carville and Begala's presence on CNN has led to criticism for the network in the past. A few months ago the liberal blogosphere roundly condemned CNN for presenting them as neutral observers without identifying them clearly and frequently as Hillary supporters. In response to the criticism, CNN STARTED IDENTIFYING THEM as Hillary backers."
(Emphasis mine)
I'm sure the Republican campaigns would have been miffed about Carville commenting on their activities too, without ID as a Hillary (read Democrat, read Liberal) gunslinger. The guy is pretty obnoxiously partisan; personally, I can't stand him.
This is, at most, a Democratic catfight, no Republicans were harmed in the making of this teapot tempest, and apparently no other BIG Bad Liberal Mainstream Media networks were affected.
""No other network buckled to this political pressure. "
BTW, Bill Bennet was one of the analysts on CNN tonight (he was complaining about being on the second tier analyst table).
Good grief, man, with all the time you spend scouring the web for dirt on progressives, Is this the best you can come up with? No wonder Leno and Letterman are having a field day with you guys.
