This week its up to 5.4.21 rev 36. Version 6.0 is in alpha, but its having a hard time getting into the release pipeline since McCain is pushing the 5.x.n lineage and Romney (who was pushing the new 6.x version) dropped out. I suspect the 6.x developers will have to merge back to the trunk and see if they can incorporate their feature set into 7.0. Either that or see f they can back-port to the 5.x.n kernel.
