Not very likely. Lieberman is pro war, but so is McCain, he adds nothng to the ticket that is not already there. Otherwise, Leiberman is liberal, and McCain is desperately trying to distance himself from that. Lieberman will repel conservatives and attract no liberals. McCain will probably go for a conservative evangelical, just to cover his shortcomings on the Republican side. The only way McCain will go with a moderate Republican is if he can cut into Democratic ranks by doing so. I bet he's already asked Colin Powell. Even better, Condoleeza would out-rainbow Hillary and Obama put together. You heard it here first, folks.
