I've been playing with Ubuntu Gutsy ( or is it Gusty?) Gibbon 7.10 and although easy to install and mostly smooth, it's far from flawless. I'm used to the Gnome WM in Gentoo, so I could avert some dead ends, but it IS really easy to get up and going.
