Ban personal possession of them--YES!
But NOT public displays! I love watching them. I don't like listening to them until 2 a.m. when I have to be at work the next morning. Thank God I go out of town now to someone else's house where we get a lovely display and no fireworks until 2 a.m. in the neighborhood.
