train toilets
I spent a lot of time on trains in Germany. The toilets don't always dump onto the tracks, only when the train is stopped. When the train is moving the waste gets tanked. You can get fined for flushing while the train is stopped, however its obvious from the train station platforms that people don't get caught all that often.
Why the europeans can't engineer a toilet that flushes without train movement is a mystery.
