I saw tracks too, but it was explained to me that it gets collected regardless, not dumped on the tracks. Could very well be I was had. I just can't imagine something so insanitary could be allowed to be continued when creating a toilet isn't rocket science. Speaking of which could you imagine being in an airplane, opening the can and seeing clouds whoosh by? Ok so pressurization makes it impossible, but still its lazy engineering to make the crap hit the rails like that.
