Chickenhawk - person who advocates sending troops to country X while either A) Having studiously avoided service or B) Is currently of age and is studiously avoiding service.
Feel free to call Bill Clinton a chickenhawk anytime you like. I'm sure many of the right did. Or was it more along the lines of "Coward"?
