...when, of course, you know that snopes either hasn't heard of it yet, or has the email already debunked by the time you see it. But it's a wicked device, because I can well imagine the right-wing authoritarian recipients of an email like that just nodding their heads sagaciously, never checking for themselves, and proceeding to swallow it whole with some extra self-satisfied lip-smacking and a belch of smug certainty.
