It's easy to cross the boundary to talk of "anomalous" contrails and black projects. We have had plenty of flame wars there.
FWIW, I don't think the particular type of contrail referenced in the blog is caused by anything other than weather conditions.
I've seen similar contrails in Australia formed by conventional civilian airlines, with the right combination of wind shear, humidity, temperature etc. It's just a wave instability.
So long as the topic stays "on", It's fine...
