Falcon Blackswift?

Why do they give these black projects such sexy code names? They sound too much like the kind of monikers real estate developers pick for their upscale suburban wastelands.

Real black projects should be disguised with really misleading names, like "Operation Turnip", or the "Monongahela Project".
