What really scares me about this one...
...is that in the months before a Presidential election, the party in power usually does whatever it takes to postpone a recession until after the voting is over. If this goes south before November, it means things are out of control. If it waits til after the elections, then things will be bad, but not necessarily real bad. Not necessarily.
