And no, it not because of any malaise or angst on the left. The electorate is just smarter these days, better educated. Sooner or later it was bound to happen. I'd just rather not see him elected because he's basically too decent to deal with the Republicans (Tea or Establishment). But Hillary will. In the meantime, he's sharpening Clinton's skills and pulling her further Left. It's working out just fine.

You guys have been putting gravel and salt under the saddles of the Redneck Right to make them carry you a little faster, and now they're threatening to buck you altogether. Yes, this also has its historical precedents. Karma, like revenge, is a dish best served cold, and I'm enjoying every minute of this.
