I love this program, but it runs abysmally slowly. Not downloads, or internet access stuff, but just filling in the blanks and waiting for it to process the information.

Today I tried their computerized question answering online program, "Tina."

I typed in the question, "Why does the program run so slowly?"

Tina: "Thank you! I'm happy to help you."

I wait a while. Nothing.

Again, I type in: "Why does the program run so slowly?"

Tina: "Thank you!"

More time. I type in: "Are you researching the question?"

Tina: "Sorry, I'm not sure what you mean. Try typing topics below to see a list of topics I can help you with. Remember that I'm a computer not a person so please keep your questions short and ask me only one question at a time."

Okay, that one was understandable. It wasn't an easily-understood question.

I try one more time: "Why does the program run so slowly?"

Tina: "Thank you! I'm always happy to help."

My response: "I can see you're no ball of fire, either."

Tina: "I'm sorry, but I didn't understand your question. Try typing ? or topics below to see a list of topics I can help you with. Remember that I'm a computer not a person so please keep your questions short and ask me only one question at a time."

That was about all the time I wanted to spend with "Tina."
