Depends on how you define "Europe."
Through most of the past eight years, "Europe" in these discussions has pretty much meant "France and Germany," and now, we're even getting along better with those nations. So-called "New Europe" has always had pretty good feelings about America and its values. They know first hand what the alternatives are, and why they aren't under a tyranny any more.
