I usually agree with Rice (I still think she'll make a great VP), but not on this. Let NATO and Russia settle this. It’s none of our business. And with our economy hanging on a thread, we could use the money here.
Now if NATO want to pay us for it, then I am all for it. I just don't think the US should put out any money for this. Europe can pay for it with their mighty Euro.
