A disturbing scene from the movie John Adams:
I just finished watching Pt.1 and I witnessed a man being stripped naked, tarred and feathered. I just about lost it..I found it very disturbing.
My child like question is...did these people die when they were subjected to this cruel and unusual punishment?
If they lived...how did they get the tar off....the whole thing is hideous.
