I get on the line, and am transferred to...God knows. The line hisses and hums, and there's about a two second speed-of-light lag. The distant songs of whales can be heard leaking into the cable. But by golly, it's a real person on the other end. She couldn't help me--part was out of stock--but if it hadn't been, the problem would probably have been solved.

I have no idea where the name "Spadea" came from. I restrained myself during the chat...sooner or later I'm sure some person does check them over.
