A puzzlement.
You said exactly what I said, except that I WOULD equate American neocons with Islamic terrorists. Looking at facts, reality forces that. Abu Ghraib, Basra, Fallujah, Sadr City all demonstrate neocon terrorism. "Shock and Awe", of which neocons were so proud, is nothing but terrorism. An attempt to defeat the civilian will to resist. "He made me do it" is not an excuse for adults or civilized societies.
One may call it "tribalism" in others, it's certainly jingoism to Western cultures.
