Most of these model and math arguments are angels dancing on the head of a pin. The climate doesn't fit neatly into a machine model any more than a rain forest does.
Watch the data. Watch what's happening in the real world. Wait to see what the trends are. Find the baseline sources of the data so you don't have to rely on the media's editing.
Keep in mind that all the sides have axes to grind, and look carefully at the claims, and how they're worded.
And use your common sense.
