DICK Cheney and Ronald Dumsfeld are completely irrelevant, as is the neocon philosophy. McCain is not a neocon and Condi is, so I doubt she'll be in there. She is also one of the least accomplished Sec of States we've ever had. Talk about a poison pill; that would definitely turn McCain into Bush's 3rd term.

Right about now I bet the GOP wishes they had a conservative Hillary in their ranks.
