Y'know, you're right.
There is a certain nervousness in the air, much more so than after any election I remember. More than if one of the other Justices died, more than if a Vice President died, less than if a President were assassinated.
It's sort of as if a leg on a table broke. The entire world seems a bit wobbly, less secure, less predictable. And the big guys are lining up for a helluva fight, fists will fly, chairs too, the world will be topsy turvy. Doesn't matter who seems to win, there will be a lot of everyone's blood and it will be hard to enjoy any victory.
The Really Big Dogs are going to get it on.
