I was no fan of scalia, but for this to happen now ... this is VERY bad. We have had an executive branch that is paralyzed by a treasonously dysfunctional legislative branch... and now this. This will drive the GOP further into madness- and if you thought the legislative Branch was broken before...

Things just went from being broken, to being in flames. And now no one has the power to put it out. PLEASE tell me if I am wrong.
