A little five year old is stood up in front of the room, and after each classmate was allowed to say what they didn't like about him, he gets voted out of class with the teacher's encouragement.
Just out of curiosity, where exactly is the bar here for "emotional abuse?"
If it was my kid, this teacher's life would become a living hell. There wouldn't be anywhere she could go where she wouldn't see one of my lawyers grinning at her with sharpened teeth.
