The FL and MI delegations MUST be counted, and WILL be counted. The big Dem muckity mucks all know it and will count the delegations only not in a way which will alter the outcome. There's no way they are so stupid as to piss off FL voters. MI will probably go GOP anyway.

Hillary has the right to fight for a nomination that is so close when it is clear she has a better chance to win in November. In fact I'm sure many of her superdelegate supporters also want her to stay in.

The dems will pick the weaker candidate. The electoral map is not favorable to Obama. He could still win, but he would be doing it in a different way than any other democrat in over half a century. It doesn't look good.
