re: can't win by torturing
It's well known that U.S. Naval vessels are sometimes used as staging points for war prisoners who are then transferred elsewhere or released.
Why this is any different than doing the same thing at a military base is beyond me.
As for the rest, let's hope their report, when it's released, has something a little more tangible than a prisoner telling us what another prisoner told him.
