Read some of the right-wing blogs and fundamental Christian preachers. They are as violent, maybe more so, than the extremist Muslims. "Nuke 'em" is common, and that includes millions upon millions of innocent men, women and children. Another Crusade, this time with real fire and brimstone.
Logic would demand that when the talk turns to ridding the world of extremists it it should not be limited to Muslims, and wouldn't be if it included all who advocate violence first, including some Christians and all neocons.
