I can't speak for Publius, only myself. Where'd you get this word "dumped" from what I wrote? The report's not an exoneration of W and his gang, and in a couple of areas it's an indictment.
Damn, the report's a scanned image. I hate that. I can't copy-n-paste. So much for going through the conclusions one by one. But still, you're cherry-picking...is this some subtle homage to Bush's treatment of intelligence?
I'm still awaiting my copy of McClellan's book (I confess I'm intrigued by the paradox of a professional liar writing a book that could be subtitled "Why I Lied"; and the Little-Boy-Who-Cried-Wolf problem he faces if, now, he sincerely and genuinely wants to tell the truth; and the Bushies' bind trying to discredit him now, since he was their liar) (where was I? That parenthetical was too long.)...ah, yes...I referred to Scotty's book as a bookend to the Senate Intel report based on a cumulative hour of watching the guy tell his story in interviews. The Senate report described the sausage, and clearly Scotty has a lot to tell about how it was made.
You can count on a book report.
On another matter: Open your copy of the PNAC manifesto and check document properties. The copy you linked for Publius and another I found both credit the author as "Hectoring Hegemons". Those two copies have been altered, or I should say one is descended from the other. I wouldn't trust any copy of it except the one from the PNAC Web site. Which seems to be off the air, with one of those administrative messages that implies that they've failed to pay the bill. He he he he he he...Schadenfreude? Me?
Or...you don't suppose that "Hectoring Hegemons" was actually PNAC's idea of a joke?

"dumped"? "pro-Bush"?
