There's a lot of that going around, and among the current candidates, not old ones that leftists are obsessed with.
And not to put too fine a point on it, but if you've been following this board and my responses lately, "not checking their facts and believing what they want to believe" is about forty percent of everything I read here. In fact, it's pretty much your specialty, come to think of it.
