Being forced to listen to Eminem? That IS torture and should be outlawed!
I'd be frantic too and barfing if I had anything on my stomach.
As for the other items, water boarding is torture. The others such as sleep deprivation, cold, etc. I would consider torture if done on me. A really good interrogator who knows his/her psychology, doesn't need those things to get useful information. Unfortunately, we seem to have damn few who know their business.
