I have trouble keeping track sometimes.
Europe has as much to gain by nailing terror leaders in hostile nations as the U.S. does. There have been attacks in Europe since 9/11, and none in the U.S.
And think how much prestige you could get by doing it where we failed!
It's so easy. Go for it.
