To the best of my knowledge, Israel has not declared the elimination of surrounding Muslim nations as a major national goal. I wish I had a dollar for every time Iran has declared the elimination of Israel as their desired goal.

I don't mind Israel having nuclear weapons any more than I mind a policeman carrying a gun. Same for France, Britain, the U.S., or even Russia and China. I'm pretty sure they aren't going to be dropping a bomb on someone because some holy vision told them to.

I don't know if Israel will attack Iran or not. If they do manage to keep Iran from building a nuclear weapon, in much the same way as they did Iraq, and lately, Syria, God knows they will get no more thanks for it than they did before.
