Your filters are working the same way.

Islam is a religion practiced by over a billion people, there are vast differences in how it is observed throughout the world, just as there are differences in local beliefs all over the world, by all people. In the example your link pointed to, you are talking about primitive tribal practices in Afghanistan, a place that is not Arab, and practicing an extremist fundamentalism even most Muslims find barbaric.

Saying rape is condoned by Islam because of the nature of the religion is like saying the KKK is the result of Protestant Christianity because they burn crosses and are always talking about Jesus. The Koran is much like the Bible, with artful cherry-picking you can prove anything you want with it. An example, many conservative Muslims insist women should be veiled. But nowhere in the Koran does it say that, what it does say is that men AND women should dress modestly. The veil is a custom that used to be practiced everywhere in the ancient world, even in the Golden Age of Athens. It was imposed on the Arab world by the Ottoman Turks when their empire ruled the middle east.

Islam is a collection of bad ideas, but so are all monotheistic religions. They are all based on the concept that the universe is ruled by one boss and one set of rules and if you don't subscribe to them precisely the faithful have the obligation and authority to crush you. Christianity used to be like that. Parts (but not all) of Islam are still like that. But most are not. But carried to fundamentalist extremes, all monotheistic religions are capable of thinking that way. Even the Israelites were instructed by their God to crush the Canaanites and take their land, and the descendants of the former seem determined today to do it to the descendants of the latter.

I agree there may be a lot of fucked up Muslims, but they are not fucked up because they are Muslim. I know it sounds like I'm nit picking, but directing your hatred at a group because some of its members are wrong, or evil, is a big mistake. And it usually is egged on by someone who has something to gain from that hatred being spread around.

You are falling for the same propaganda lie that ISIS brainwashes its followers with. And its being crammed down your throat for pretty much the same reason.
