We had a little fun at the library with this cicada cookbook the last time the noisy things came out in force. Sadly, I didn't gather enough for both the El Chirper Tacos and the Maryland Cicadas (with Old Bay seasoning).
We'll be eating bugs again next week, courtesy of a local environmental center. The children have to have a parent sign a waiver, though.
