Bizarre news regarding the 2001 Anthrax crisis. Turns out the governmentâ€™s own scientist was about to be fingered for the releasing the anthrax in order to road-test a vaccine he had made. He topped himself with painkillers before the arrest could be made. Stranger than fiction.
